Returns & Exchanges

All of our products are inspected prior to delivery and, if needed, items will be double packed prior to the shipping process. At the moment of the delivery please take note of everything that happens, and all claims should be attached with an email to hello@osgohome.com. To create a paper trail of any issues with the items or the freight company please note it in the delivery slip and send Customer Service an email with a detailed account of what happened to be able to better serve you. Please include the most information as possible to be able to better serve you. Please inspect all items at the moment of the delivery.

  2. Best contact E-Mail
  3. Best contact Phone number
  4. A description of the damage
  5. Pictures of :
  6. Damage Box
  7. Damage Item
  8. Barcode
  9. Item number on the box

If the damaged item does not include original packaging, is not made within 48 hours from the moment of the delivery, and/or is signed of as received in a good condition you will be charged for shipping and repair costs.

OSGO Home reserves the right to repair and/ or replace items in the claim.

OSGO Home is not responsible for injuries caused by the use of our items. If OSGO Home or a partner company assembles your items OSGO Home is not liable for damages caused by assembly or caused by use. OSGO Home is not responsible for injuries caused by the use of our items. OSGO Home is not liable for the assembly of the item.

Color, texture, finish, and size variations are not considered manufacturing defects. Pictures might be affected by lighting and screen settings. If items are received damaged we will replace or fix items at no cost to you.
