Delivery Information
OSGO Home inspects every item before it is handed over to shipping. During the inspection items that might easily be damaged in transit are double packed, and reinforced for any terrain the boxes might encounter during transit.
In the rare case that a damaged on any item might exist the customer has 48 hours to make claims on furniture that may be damaged.
The freight company will make the customer sign a receipt at the time of the delivery. The driver must wait for customer to inspect the items before delivering. If the driver refuses to wait please note the receipt about his refusal to wait. The driver is obligated to wait for items to be inspected.
If any damages are to occur during the delivery of the furniture please notify Customer Service at (915) 603-1349 or e-mail us at customerservice@osgohome.com to begin a claim.
All original packaging must be kept by customer 48 hours after the delivery in case of any defects are detected. Without the original packaging you cannot return or exchange items.
If any damages are observed during the inspection or the truck driver refuses to wait notify us immediately at (915) 603-1349 .
After the receipt is signed and no claim is made of factory defects or shipping damages OSGO Home will consider your order complete and you will not be able to exchange or make a claim after this point.
If any items are missing from your order you must contact Customer Service and note it on the delivery receipt.
If you sign that items have been received in good condition it will be impossible to create a damage claim with OSGO Home, if any manufacturing defects are to exist you can file a claim with Customer Service.
