The driver is required to wait for customer to inspect furniture before signing off for the delivery. Customer should inspect the furniture for any damages upon arrival. Our distribution center will confirm your scheduled delivery date 6 hours prior to delivery and give you a 4-hour delivery time window. Please understand that some conditions such as inclement weather, traffic jams, and road construction may delay a delivery. Please clear the area where you would like your new furniture placed. Our delivery teams are not allowed to set-up electronics or move existing furniture. Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. Defective merchandise and home damage must be reported within 48 hours. If the entrance to the home is not viable for the effective delivery of your order our employees will leave the furniture at the door, or garage. If the customer decides to change the furniture, there will be a $50 delivery return fee and will incur in any additional charges specified in the sales contract. At the time of the delivery if a customer intervenes with the delivery, full responsibility of any damages will fall under the customer’s responsibilities. Our delivery associates are prohibited from removing their boots at any time. Hoisting Fees-If special accommodations are made for furniture that needs to be suspended/dropped into an area, additional fees may be assessed. Deliveries canceled within 6 hours of scheduled delivery will incur a $25 restocking fee Climbing/Walk-Up Fees-Deliveries made to units above the third floor without elevator access will be subject to an additional charge. An adult must be home to accept the delivery.

The shipping time that are given to our customer are only estimates. The reason for this is because of factors we fail to control that include weather, government inspection, traffic, stock availability, traffic accidents, etc. We rely on freight carriers to ship our furniture. Freight carriers provide us with estimated shipping time. Our total delivery estimate is 2 to 8 weeks for the delivery to take place. 2 weeks being our most common delivery time, 8 weeks being our most uncommon delivery time.

Pictures may affect: Color, Texture, Feel, Shape, or Size. Finishes, color, texture, and graining variations can occur in natural products like leather, wood and stone. These are not normally considered imperfections. For leather products all colors other than black and white are bound to have variations in every production line. Color representations on computer terminals and screens can be different based on settings and various display technologies. Again, such variations are not considered product defects. The customer agrees that he or she may not and will not seek any refunds, make any claim, or initiate any dispute based on the finish, color or texture or any other physical attribute after taking delivery of a product.
If any damages are detected in the moment of delivery customers only have a 48 hour time period from the moment of the delivery to have a the possibility of a claim on non signed delivery slips with notes about the damages detected. The customer will not be charged for shipping of items damaged in transit. The customer’s items may be exchanged although not canceled at this point.
Items are available for exchange if the items have not yet been shipped. Items may not be exchanged after delivery.
All sales are final after a satisfactory delivery. This means all items are received in a good condition. Customers may not return items to OSGO Home at this point. In the case of a return to exist, returned products must be free of damage and in original condition (not used and not installed, with all original packaging material included). Prior to returning the products, customers must email or call us to get a Return Authorization number. Any merchandise received without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted. The shipping must take place at the customer’s expense. In case the merchandise being damaged within the 48 hour period or thereafter, the customer’s rights shall be limited to the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
OSGO Home does not provide exact shipping times because of different factors that are not in our control. OSGO Home can only provide an estimated time of delivery.
Color, Texture, Feel variations may happen caused by visual variations that may happen with computer screen settings or personal viewing interpretations. Textures on some furniture may have a worn out look. Some wood may have dots or cuts natural to wood. Leather, and fabric color may vary. None of these are considered manufacture defects.
OSGO Home inspects every item before it is handed over to shipping. During the inspection items that might easily be damaged in transit are double packed and reinforced for any terrain the boxes might encounter during transit. In the rare case that a damaged on any item might exist the customer has 48 hours to make claims on furniture that may be damaged.
The freight company will make the customer sign a receipt at the time of the delivery. The driver must wait for customer to inspect the items before delivering. If the driver refuses to wait please note the receipt about his refusal to wait. The driver is obligated to wait for items to be inspected.

All original packaging must be kept by customer 48 hours after the delivery in case of any defects are detected. Without the original packaging you cannot return or exchange items.
After the receipt is signed and no claim is made of factory defects or shipping damages OSGO Home will consider your order complete and you will not be able to exchange or make a claim after this point.
If any items are missing from your order you must contact customer service and note it on the delivery receipt.
